A senior team builtaround shipping, not selling.

Founded in Lahore, operating globally. Engineers, designers, and operators who’ve shipped under deadline pressure for founders, SMEs, and growth-stage startups — and who’d rather hold the system after launch than hand it back.

A note from the founder

We started Digitalux because we kept watching the same thing happen to founders we knew: they’d buy AI tools, hire agencies, ship features — and a year later the operations were still scattered across spreadsheets, the product was still slow, and nobody actually owned the technical surface.

It wasn’t a tooling problem. It was an operating-layer problem. The work needed someone senior, opinionated, and willing to hold the system after launch. That’s the firm we wanted to hire — and didn’t find — so we built it.

Eight years later we’re still doing the same work, just faster and with more honesty. We refuse work that doesn’t fit. We don’t sell hype. We hold the pager. If that sounds like the partner you’re missing, talk to us.

How we operate

Six principles.
Repeated until they’re boring.

These aren’t slogans. They’re rules we use to refuse work, end engagements, hire people, and write the brief.

Principle 01

Senior-only pods. No graduate-team upsell.

Every engagement is staffed by senior engineers, designers, and operators. No junior layer hidden behind a sales front. If we can’t staff senior, we don’t take the work.

Principle 02

We hold the pager after launch.

Most clients move to retainer because we won’t ship something we won’t operate. Code we don’t run becomes someone else’s problem — usually yours, six months later.

Principle 03

Practical AI, not magic claims.

We refuse to ship AI features that aren’t honest about what they can and can’t do. If a copilot needs human review, we say so — in the UI and in the contract.

Principle 04

Connected systems, not tool islands.

If a feature isn’t plugged into your data, your roles, and your reporting, it doesn’t ship. We’d rather build one less thing well than ten things that don’t connect.

Principle 05

Written plans before contracts.

Every engagement starts with a brief — what we’re building, what it costs, when it ships, what the risks are. No T&M black holes. No vague kickoffs.

Principle 06

Honest outcomes, even the bad ones.

Our case studies include what didn’t work the first time. Our retros include what we’d do differently. Inflated metrics aren’t a sales tool — they’re a tax we pay later.

The team

The people
you actually work with.

Eight engineers, four designers, two operators. No account managers, no proxies, no junior ladder hidden behind sales. The person leading your engagement is on the call.

Hiring

We hire senior.
Slowly.

We hire one or two people a year. Always senior, always experienced operators. If you can ship under deadline pressure, hold a system after launch, and prefer writing in plain English — talk to us.
